What we collect
When you call us or use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, city and information about the care your loved one needs.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you and help your family find care. Requests sent through our form are stored in our secure database and emailed to our advisor. With your permission, we may share relevant details with care providers you’re considering so they can tell you about availability and pricing.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Just call or email us.
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you accept, we place two small cookies in your browser: one remembers your choice, and one holds a random visitor code so we can tell new visits from repeat visits. If you decline, we only store your choice. You can change it anytime with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
What we record if you accept
The pages you visit, the date and time, the website that sent you, your device type and browser, your internet (IP) address, and the approximate city, state and country of that address. To find that location, your IP address is sent to a location lookup service. When you tap one of our call buttons, we record the tap. The website cannot see your phone number. If you decline cookies, we only count call taps without any information that identifies you.
How long we keep it
Visit and call records are deleted automatically after 24 months. Consultation requests are kept as long as we need them to help your family, or until you ask us to delete them.
