What families usually ask
Is your service really free?
Yes. Families don’t pay us anything for our guidance. Our fees are paid by the care communities and providers we work with, not by you.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. We work with families in English and Spanish, and we can talk with each family member in the language they prefer.
What areas do you serve?
Fresno, Clovis and communities across the Central Valley. If you’re not sure about your town, just call and ask.
We need help fast. Can you help?
Tell us right away if you’re facing a hospital discharge or another urgent situation. We’ll focus on options that can move quickly.
Will Medicare or Medi-Cal pay for care?
It depends on the type of care and your loved one’s situation. Medicare generally does not pay for long-term assisted living, and some Medi-Cal programs may help in certain cases. We’ll explain what we know and point you to the right people for the details.
Is our conversation confidential?
Yes. We use your information only to help your family find care, and we never sell it.
Do we have to choose a place you recommend?
No. The decision is always yours, and there’s never any pressure.
